July Society Closure Announcement
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close July Society, effective April 18th, 2025.
Our Journey
Since our founding, July Society has strived to create a virtual co-working community that empowers members to show up in the workplace in ways that defy patriarchal conditioning, support neurodivergent brains, and nurture authenticity. Through our hosted Focus Sessions, Slack community, and virtual events, we’ve built meaningful connections and supported each other’s professional growth.
Why We’re Closing
Building and sustaining a small organization in today’s economic climate has proven increasingly challenging. Despite our passion and dedication, we’ve faced significant hurdles in developing a sustainable business model that would allow us to continue providing the quality of service we're proud of. After exploring various options and countless hours of volunteer work from our team, we’ve determined that closure is the most responsible path forward.
A Note of Gratitude
To our members: Thank you for being part of this community. The connections you’ve made and the support you’ve shown each other have been the heart of July Society.
To our Community Managers and volunteer leadership team: Your dedication, creativity, and care made this space possible. We are deeply grateful for your contributions.
While this chapter is ending, we hope the relationships formed and lessons learned will continue to benefit everyone who was part of the July Society community.
With appreciation,
ZJ Hadley
CEO, July Society
