We balance our participation to ensure everyone’s voice is heard. We encourage quieter members to step forward and share, and we ask more vocal members to make room for others.

We speak from our own experiences, using “I” statements, and we avoid making generalizations about others.

We are dedicated to dismantling racism in all its forms. Regardless of our racial or ethnic backgrounds, we commit to actively opposing anti-Black, anti-Asian, anti-Latinx, anti-Indigenous, anti-Semitic, and anti-MENA racism.

July Society encourages members to self-promote and do business with one another, and we provide avenues to showcase our work; therefore, we believe that direct solicitation between members is not necessary.
