A statement from our ceo

At July Society, we believe in creating a virtual workspace where every professional can thrive, regardless of their gender identity or expression. Our community is built on the foundation of respect, support, and inclusion.

In the U.S, recent executive orders from the office of the President, as referenced here, threaten to restrict or deny vital protections for transgender and non-binary individuals. We want to be clear: July Society will not abide by these harmful mandates. We stand firm in our commitment to being an inclusive community where everyone’s identity is honored.

During our Focus Sessions and in all of our virtual spaces, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. Every member’s pronouns are respected, and all gender expressions are celebrated as vital parts of our diverse professional community.

We recognize that the current political climate in the US and around the world has created uncertainty and concern for many. Know that July Society remains steadfast in our commitment to providing a safe, supportive virtual environment where you can focus on getting things done while being authentically yourself.

Together, we’re building more than a coworking space - we’re cultivating a community where everyone belongs.
